MitoQ is a patented antioxidant that targets the mitochondria, our cellular power plant, to support healthy organ and cell function. MitoQ can boost cellular energy levels, and helps to reduce the cellular free radical damage that, over time, contributes to many of the symptoms of aging and various health disorders.
Levels of Cellular CoQ10 (aka ubiquinone or ubiquinol) start to decline from our thirties, so many people supplement with CoQ10 to assist energy levels, support certain health conditions, and when taking medicines that deplete CoQ10 (like statins for heart disease). Unfortunately, most CoQ10 formulas do not reach the mitochondria at levels that are needed.
Benefits of taking MitoQ 5mg
MitoQ is different. It has been designed to replenish antioxidant levels inside the mitochondria, and in so doing assist the cell with repair and normal function. MitoQ acts as an antioxidant reservoir to reduce the damage that excess free radicals cause to DNA and cell membranes.
MitoQ, when taken with a good diet and regular exercise, will support healthy aging.

Adult dose: 2 capsules each morning.
Do not exceed dose unless directed by your physician. Consult your physician if you are pregnant or nursing.
Everyone will experience MitoQ differently, depending on your age, your fitness, and whether you have a health condition. MitoQ has been extensivley tested for safety but not for interactions with prescription medicines. Please consult with your Physician.
MitoQ's recommended dose is 2 5mg (10mg) capsules per day. MitoQ has been taken in doses as high as 80mg a day for a year during safety testing.
MitoQ can be taken in combination with your other supplements.
MitoQ is derived from naturally occurring CoQ10, and has been modified to target cellular mitochondria more effectively.
Children do not need antioxidant supplementation.
