"I like the packaging. Quality seems to be good, but it is too soon to see the benefits to my health. I am taking the two tablets daily with water in the morning 30 minutes before eating any breakfast and before having any coffee. My primary doctor also recommended I take calcium. I stopped it when I began the MitoQ +heart, because the one I was taking also had D3. Will visit this later."

I've been using MitoQ for

"I've been using MitoQ for about six weeks and when I take consistently, I have noticed an increase in stamina for daily activities, as well as clearer thought processes- almost like the light is always on. Some days I feel a bit too energized and decidedly take half a dose the next day. So I am not entirely sure what the correct dosage is for me, but I'm sure if I remembered to take the pills daily, I would probably level out to a consistent normal/ good energy level throughout the days."

I have been using MitoQ

"I have been using MitoQ +heart for well over a year and MitoQ pure prior to that for a few years. Around 8 weeks ago i stopoed taking my MitoQ due to financial reasons. Then recently i started feeling fatigued again and I have been experiencing a sensation of heavy legs (im on a low dose statin) I didnt realise how well MitoQ had been working for me - it was only apparent to me after i had stopped and those symptoms returned. So im now taking MitoQ pure again."

Expensive but good

"I have been taking Mito Q Heart for several years now. It does make a difference to my energy levels and well-being. I couldn't say if it has improved heart health or circulation as I would really need medical testing to indicate such improvement or impact. Can MitoQ replace my CoQ10/ubiquinol supplement?

Yes, MitoQ is based on an advance in CoQ10 technology and can replace CoQ10 or ubiquinol supplementation.

Can I take MitoQ with other supplements?

MitoQ can be taken in combination with your other supplements. Some of our products do have vitamins and minerals in them, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your intake levels of those so that they stay within the recommended range.

When should I take MitoQ?

We recommend that you take MitoQ in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before your first meal of the day. You can take MitoQ 2 hours after eating. MitoQ is water-soluble, so it doesn't need to be taken with food or oils to assist with absorption.

What can I expect?

Everyone will experience MitoQ differently, depending on your age, your fitness, your overall health. It can take days, weeks or months for you to experience support for energy levels and health.
