The following Terms and Conditions apply to the MitoQ Money Back Guarantee:
MitoQ’s Money Back Guarantee is applicable on the purchase of a three month supply of MitoQ (ie.1 bottle of skincare or 3 bottles of one variant of supplements as a single purchase).

MitoQ’s 100% Money Back Guarantee is only valid on your first order of MitoQ and is invalid for subsequent purchases.
If, after using MitoQ skincare or taking MitoQ supplements for 3 months, you are not satisfied for any reason, email email@example.com within 4 months of the date of purchase.
We will supply you with a prepaid freight ticket for you to include when you ship the empty bottles back to us.
You must ship the returned bottles back to us using our designated tracked shipping service within 1 month of receiving the freight ticket.
Once your bottles arrive, we will refund you the full price of your goods, less a US$30 (or equivalent) shipping and administration cost, to the credit card used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 working days to receive the refund.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not replace your statutory rights and protections.
No responsibility will be accepted by MitoQ for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible refund claims due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
MitoQ reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any refund claim that we have reason to believe does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and/or verify the validity of all claimants, as it deems necessary.
MitoQ’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
