The following Terms and Conditions apply to our Money Back Guarantee:
- Eligibility: You may be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee if you meet the following criteria:
- you purchased, at a minimum, three bottles of our MitoQ products in a single transaction or three bottles in separate transactions within a 70 day period. Such purchase must have been made via mitoq.com
- you have taken the MitoQ products as instructed on the label, for three months consistently, until the containers are empty
- it is your first time purchasing the MitoQ product. Our Money Back Guarantee is not valid for subsequent purchases; and
- you fall within the definition of a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Request Period: You must have purchased the MitoQ products and submitted a request for our Money Back Guarantee within 4 months of the date of purchase.
- Request Process: If you are eligible for our Money Back Guarantee, you can contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your request your full name, order number, address and your reason for dissatisfaction. After verifying your request, MitoQ may either:
- refund you the full price of the three bottles of MitoQ products purchased to the credit card used to purchase the MitoQ products. In such case, please allow 30 working days to receive the refund; or
- provide you with an additional three bottles of MitoQ products.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping and handling fees, as well as any non-product related charges from your original purchase are non-refundable.
- Fraud Prevention: Our Money Back Guarantee is designed for genuine customers who wish to evaluate the effectiveness of our products and therefore, MitoQ reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any request that we have reason to believe does not comply with the Terms and Conditions or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our Money Back Guarantee. MitoQ’s decision on all such matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Responsibility: No responsibility will be accepted by MitoQ for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible Money Back Guarantee claims due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
- Ineligible Requests: Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of MitoQ Ltd, its agencies and companies associated with MitoQ are ineligible to apply for our Money Back Guarantee. Immediate family is any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
