"A good product let down by dreadful packaging. Everything is black, looking more like something Darth Vader would want, and the amount and complexity of packaging is ridiculous - it all goes into the recycling bin, but what a waste! I have been using MitoQ

"I have been using MitoQ for a month now and together with NR I can honestly say it has had a hugely positive impact on my health. Too Low Dosage

"Your product is great, the science is solid. The problem is with therapeutic dosage. Most of the studies you cite used 20mg or more of MitoQ. Please find a way to bring the price down but the disease up. I realize this is a tall order for a company. But we need minimum 20mg/day and for me and most others at your 2 tabs = 10mg it is quite costly. Don’t misuse separate. It is very hard to

"It is very hard to rate as although I am 76, I have been healthy. However as my mother suffered from Alzheimer’s in old age, and so I decided to do everything I could to stay fit and active. Is Mitoquinone the same thing as Mitoquinol?

Yes, Mitoquinone and Mitoquinol are basically the same. Similar to many other antioxidant supplements, our supplement can exist as two forms, a reduced form, Mitoquinol, or an oxidized form, Mitoquinone. Once inside the body Mitoquinol can be oxidized to Mitoquinone and then recycled back to Mitoquinol as it performs its antioxidant function. When you see Mitoquinone referred to in a scientific article rest assured they are talking about our molecule. Mitoquinone and Mitoquinol are basically bio-equivalent inside the cell. We supply the Mitoquinol form since it is easier for use in capsule (easier to use as a powder).

When should I take MitoQ?

We recommend that you take MitoQ in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before your first meal of the day. You can take MitoQ 2 hours after eating. MitoQ is water-soluble, so it doesn't need to be taken with food or oils to assist with absorption.

What can I expect?

Everyone will experience MitoQ differently, depending on your age, your fitness, your overall health. It can take days, weeks or months for you to experience support for energy levels and health.

Can I take MitoQ with other supplements?

MitoQ can be taken in combination with your other supplements. Some of our products do have vitamins and minerals in them, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your intake levels of those so that they stay within the recommended range.

What is the difference between Mitoquinol (MitoQ) and ubiquinol (CoQ10) molecule?

MitoQ is a modified form of CoQ10 that has been formulated for improved bioavailability and targeted antioxidant action. MitoQ utilizes the antioxidant action of CoQ10’s quinone head but with a shortened tail, and TPP+ cation which pulls the molecule through the mitochondrial cell membrane. By collecting at the source of free radical production, MitoQ works to reduce oxidative stress in the cell, supporting cellular health.

MitoQ is the only publicly-available antioxidant specifically targeted to the mitochondria .

Can MitoQ replace my CoQ10/ubiquinol supplement?
