It's all a very welcome change...

I’m a busy, working Mom – with two boys aged 11 and 7. And you know what they say about boys: less drama than girls, but harder to keep alive!

I am always preoccupied with making sure my kids are fed, clothed, organized and where they are supposed to be on any given day; it’s a full-time job in itself. But on top of chasing around after them, I also have to make sure I leave enough time to stay on top of my job, organize the household, keep up with school activities, stay motivated at the gym and try as hard as I can to look my best. I love it, but it is exhausting and there are times when, quite frankly, it’s overwhelming. It’s a rare day that I feel that I have everything under control.

But it’s too important to let any of it slide. So slowing things down is not an option. Finding better ways to cope is. A few months ago, I discovered MitoQ.
