It’s been both a challenging and exciting year for us at MitoQ. We have so many loyal and dedicated MitoQ fans, so we’d like to thank you for all your support during the good and not-so-good times.
So, in case you missed it, here is what has been happening in our world.
Distribution in the USA
An ongoing priority for us is to deliver quick, efficient service on your orders. In April, we secured a warehouse in America which enabled us to fulfill orders directly from here, with the intention to shorten order to shipment time frames and provide more accurate, efficient delivery.
We’ve had lots of feedback on our shipping time frames – good and bad – and as always, we welcome ideas on what we can do better. So, please continue to send us your feedback on what we can improve on.
After extensive customer feedback and to improve data security, we introduced a new, state-of-the-art eCommerce platform. Launched in October this year, our new website has a slightly different look, along with some stellar new features for both our customers and wholesalers.
We’re dedicated to providing an amazing customer experience, so ordering your MitoQ is easy and stress free. We still have work to do to ensure it’s a great experience and we can assure you that we are continuously working hard to improve this.
While we can’t talk about a lot of the research happening all around the world with MitoQ, we can tell you that there was some impressive research released in April.
We continue to partner with some of the world’s leading universities, helping them conduct scientific research and product testing, which explores the application of MitoQ across a range of health-related subjects, so we can uncover its true potential for helping humankind. The world is now waking up to MitoQ and the role it can play in supporting mitochondrial health.
As a result, we have experienced an overwhelming demand for MitoQ and we have had a few shipping and stock delays. We’d like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through these teething issues.
We're dedicated to bringing you new and innovative products that complement our key ingredient - MitoQ. This year we added two supplements to our range, MitoQ Eye and MitoQ Skin Protection Complex. Both unique in the way they target and support your health. MitoQ Eye is a revolutionary eye health formula that supports normal vision, eye health and retinal function in a way that has never been possible before. MitoQ Skin Protection Complex is designed to support your skin’s natural resilience from the inside, working across your entire body, not just your face, leaving your skin looking radiant and energized. We’ve had lots of positive feedback on both products and have heard some great stories from our customers.
We’ve been lucky to win a handful of awards this year across our product range:
- Aesthetic Everything awarded us their ‘Top Medical Nutraceutical’ With over 30,000 votes cast at the world’s largest network of Aesthetic and Beauty professionals; the competition was steep. Caprice Arkell, our Head of Sales and Education for MitoQ (USA) was voted “Top Executive”.
- Truth in Aging named our Eye Renew one of their best eye creams and our Active Protection Daily Defense Cream was named their number 1 anti-aging cream.
- Bupa named us as one of their top smart supplements.
We recently welcomed Lorraine Downes, former Miss Universe, as one of our ambassadors for MitoQ. A long-time advocate of MitoQ, Lorraine credits our supplements for her resilience and increased energy levels.
“I believe in the science behind MitoQ and as I age, maintaining the energy it takes in daily life to get the most out of my life, MitoQ fits perfectly within my ethos of leading an active healthy life of well-being.”
– Lorraine Downes
We’re proud to also have Nick Allen and Darragh Walsh on board as Ambassadors. We love sharing Nick’s story of overcoming a serious neurological condition and fulfilling his lifelong dream of Mastering Mountains. And weekend warrior Darragh Walsh, who is juggling being a father, businessman and triathlete.
We’re also pleased to be working with doctors such as Susanne Bennett, Chris D Meletis and more world-renowned physicians.
We’re proud to support community efforts around the world to educate everyone about mitochondrial diseases.
We sponsored a local Fun Run down under in New Zealand (in beautiful Kawakawa Bay) and met Jamie, a 21-year-old that's full of life. Jamie completed the 5km run in her wheelchair. Go Jamie! You are an inspiration.
Next year we hope to do more out in the community and continue to raise awareness about mitochondrial health.
We have some very exciting projects in the pipeline to improve on our current offering and what we deliver to you as customers.
We’re committed to delivering a truly great experience for you that matches our products. So, be sure to keep an eye out for a fresh new look MitoQ in 2019.
